I can't even begin to tell you how badass this entire album is. This is the type of shit to listen to if you are into the punk/hardcore scene. Throw in some kickass thrash rhythm and you have the perfect music for one bedlam of a pit. Get your Doc Martens on and get in there.

Aftermath hail from Chicago and their upcoming release is There is Something WrongIt is chock full of social and political anger and maybe will encourage you to see beyond the veil of lies and deceit that our nation's’ leaders like to spoon feed the sheep. With the very intro song “Can You Feel It” you already sense that this album is going to be different. Check out “FFF (FalseFlagFlying)” and really get in there and listen to the lyrics-potent and painfully true. We all know relatively what gaslighting means and yet the song “Gaslight” captures it from the sociopolitical perspective. We are truly made to believe via the media (run by corporations and funded by politicians) that it is evil within us that corrupts the world. But those who are smart and wake the fuck up know better. Check out the track “Psuedocide” with its injection of news feeds, a song that rages against government bullshit and lies and even hints of the concept of anarchy (look it up; it isn't what you think).

I like to think of this album as not just another crossover band but as Aftermath attempting to educate the public about what is really going on. This is superb stuff.
