Cazador

Mini Documentary

Film Review By Allyson Kingsley

Music Journalist, Boston Rock Radio

"Boston sludge metal band CAZADOR have just released a mini-documentary and full live set via Moshville Times. The video was shot on location @ Arlene's Grocery NYC by Giguana USA."

If you haven't heard Cazador, you are missing a hell of a treat. They are the post-metal/sludge band that is gaining immense popularity in New England. Their current album (reviewed previously by Boston Rock Radio) is entitled Failure to Thrive and is one that should be indulged in.

This is a mini documentary that introduces the band and what they are about as well as a filming of their live set. You can see the immensity of their performances and the passion they put into their craft. The video's clarity is excellent and the venue appears to be very decent. You definitely get the feel of what they are about. Their musicianship is tight and their lyrics speak of today's world.  Check them out if you like your music in the vein of Isis and Neurosis, this is good stuff.
